Family Picnic

PTO Family Picnic
Friday, June 4, 2010
5:00-7:00 p.m
CANCELLED
Monday May 24th, 2010
Dear Parents and Friends,
We are unfortunately cancelling this year’s Family Picnic. It was scheduled for a very busy weekend and as a result most of our wonderful volunteers will be unavailable to help. We have many great volunteers who although wanted to help, could not commit to chairing the event on that particular day. I am very grateful for all the help we get and believe the cancellation of this event is not due to a lack of involvement, just perhaps bad timing.
We will be however keeping the Book Fair open and extending the hours on Wednesday for our families to come visit. This book fair is put on by the PTO and, unlike the fall book fair, it is a non-profit event. I encourage you to get some summer books for your children and come visit our exhibit.
Sincerely,
Claudia Davies
