eScrip : Safeway Club Cards and more...
Sunnyside earns thousands of dollars each year for PTO programs through the eScrip program. Each time you shop at Safeway (and other select merchants) with your Club Card, SES earns a percentage of your purchases. This is an important revenue source for programs that benefit SES kids. Even if you have participated in eScrip in the past, you must sign up again each year. If you don't know your club card number but do have an account, you can get it by calling Safeway at 1-877-723-3929. If you have your club card number, go to www.escrip.com and click on "sign up" and start earning easy money for our school. If you already have an eScrip account, click here: https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/authentication/password.jsp to login. Or you can print this form and return it to eScrip coordinator Diane Swenson (theswensons5@clearwire.net).

Box Tops & Soup Labels
Sunnyside Elementary participates in the General Mills Box Tops program (www.boxtops4education.com) and the Campbell’s Soup Labels program (www.labelsforeducation.com). For soup labels, we need you to clip the bar code, not the full label. Campbells labels are not only found on soups, but also on Spaghettios, V8 drinks & Prego sauces and BIC products. As well, Box Tops are found on many other brands such as Hefty, Kleenex, Ziploc, Avery, Hefty, and Pillsbury so be sure to clip those as well. WE WILL GLADLY accept box top and labels for education submittals at the school at any time. However, we do plan on having a contest again at the start of the next school year in the fall for box tops and labels for education, so if you wish to collect until then, that is fine too.
If you prefer on-line shopping, retailers such as Barnes & Noble, Lands End and other major retailers can earn box tops with out any clipping required. You just need to access the retailer by first going through the Box Tops website - www.boxtops4education.com
Last year we earned $809 from box tops and this year we have doubled our earnings and raised $1619 so far. We have also collected over 7500 points for Campbell’s soup labels so here’s a big thank you to all those who helped our school earn these great rewards! Congratulations!! Mrs. Boroff's class won the Box Tops Collection contest this spring and Mr. Corbin's class won the Labels for Education contest. Each class won a pizza party for their efforts. Mrs. B's Kindergarten classes also won an honorable mention and and ice cream party as well. Thanks for all your hard work and keep collecting them because it really does help our school!!!

Sunnyside PTO hosts two book fairs each year which helps to raise money to purchase books for our library. The book fair this fall will be held during the last week of October and lasts through our Family Fun Night events on October 26th. Dates and times will be posted on the calendar.
