Dear Parents and Students,
Bienvenidos! The Sunnyside PTO is very happy to offer your child enrollment. We have looked over each child requirements and placed them in classes in accordance with their abilities and grade levels. If your child was not placed in the time they initially requested, an alternate time has also been suggested. Please note that although an alternate time is given, we strongly recommend your child try to stay in their currently enrolled spot as they will be taught in a group of peers at a level that is more appropriate to their learning abilities. Should you want to move your child to the alternative time please contact me via e-mail. Transfer of classes is subject to availability.
The classes will commence the week of January 11th in the Sunnyside Elementary Library Classroom. The children will receive their semester schedule, list of supplies and additional information during their first week of classes.
We are glad to be working with students from both Washington State and the University of Idaho in a mutually beneficial program. To accommodate some of the WSU/U of I student teachers, we will be adapting our timetable at times to coincide with those schedules. I would be glad to further discuss any concerns or suggestions you have. You can contact Claudia Davies at ncdavies@roadrunner.com.
