Support excellence in Pullman's public schools
The Pullman Education Foundation was created in 1994. It facilitates and encourages private support from individuals, businesses and other entities for students and programs in Franklin, Jefferson and Sunnyside elementary schools, Lincoln Middle School and Pullman High School in Pullman School District No. 267, Pullman, Washington.
Why support the Foundation?
State legislative appropriations and voter approved tax revenues provide basic support. The Pullman Education Foundation supports excellence for programs, activities and materials for the education of kindergarten through 12th- grade students.
Donations are tax deductible
Your donations are tax deductible. The Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to the Foundation's affiliate groups are also tax deductible. A receipt from the Foundation is mailed to each donor.

Donate through payroll deduction
Providing financial support through other means Employees of the Pullman School District and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories may support the Foundation through payroll deduction.
Washington State University employees may also support the Foundation by payroll deduction or donations through the state of Washington Employees Combined Fund Drive. Examples of support
Foundation support has provided for grants for teachers, books and material for school libraries, college scholarships and for a variety of student activities.
The Foundation serves as an umbrella organization for affiliated groups, including the Pullman High School Boosters, Lincoln Middle School Boosters, FFA Alumni and Activities Facilities Complex. Similar groups are welcome to affiliate with the Foundation.
Board of Directors
A volunteer Board of Directors, representing a variety of occupations and interests, governs the Foundation under bylaws establishing it as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Washington. Board meetings are open to the public.
Annual report of the Foundation
A report of Foundation activities is published annually in the Pullman Community Update monthly newspaper, which is mailed free to residents of Pullman, Albion and the area. The newspaper carries Foundation news on a periodic basis. The Foundation files an annual report to the state of Washington Secretary of State Charities Division.
